Joe and I worked long, long hours together on the Ross Project at the Williamsport, PA plant of Tetley. His tireless enthusiasm and his sense of humor were a help to us during some very frustrating days.
I always count him as a point of light in my life - those people that maybe you don't stay in contact with forever, but who made a difference somewhere in your life.
I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Joe:
We are very sorry to miss the chance to say goodbye to you. The bad news just came to us today from Philip. Scott Carlson heard from his mom and gave Phil the message.
We have enjoyed your intelligance and easy going personality while our kids were growing up together. Thank you very much for the friendship. Please rest. You will be living in our hearts forever. We will see Robbie.
Love, Ben & Carol

Joe was a superior person- real and warm hearted, but never showy. He was Generous- with his knowledge, his steady courage- but I'll remember most his humor. He was generous with his humor, and often showed me how to laugh at life's follies. Thanks Joe. You are missed.
