DOROTHY J. FREEMAN (nee Reese) died on Tuesday April 3, 2007 at Morristown Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family, she was 80.
Born in Wilkes-Barre PA, she has resided in the Rainbow Lakes Section of Parsippany for over fifty-seven years.
Dorothy was a bookkeeper for the Hearthstone Lodge for many years; she was also a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary Rainbow Lakes Fire Department. Her loving family was her life.
Her husband of fifty years Walter H. and her brother in law Wayne Austin predeceased her.
Surviving are her loving children Jim Freeman and his wife Beth of Mt. Arlington, Dottie and her husband Mark Barron of Parsippany and Donna and her husband Bernie DeCristofaro of Mt. Olive. Grandchildren Michelle, Cheri, Allison, Sandra, Billy, Nick, and small person Sara. Also surviving are her sisters Edna Austin and Elizabeth and her husband Ed Brookman and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 7, at 10:00am at the Norman Dean Home For Services 16 Righter Ave, Denville NJ 07834 www.normandean.com. Friends and relatives may visit on Friday April 6, from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the funeral home.
