Working with Bob over the years gave me the opportunity to get to know one of the smartest, most generous and happiest people I've ever met. Bob and I did not talk weekly, but when we did we would always catch up on each others lives, especially our families. I just learned of Bob's unexpected passing and can't begin to fathom the magnitude of his departure to all who knew and loved him. My heartfelt condolences go to his wonderful wife and family.

Bob was a wonderful person with a big smile that was so contagious. When he visited HQ in Ohio he would always talk about his family and I knew family was very important to him. Halm family
Please stay strong. He coached me in softball last season and was one of the best coaches in my life. After every win and loss he always had a smile one and encouraging words. He not only taught amazing softball strategies, but he taught valuable life lessons. There was always a smile on his face and ambition in his eyes. He had a loving and caring heart towards everyone he met and I am very proud to have had the honor to meet him and be taught by him. Best wishes to the family, and you are all in my prayers.
