I once worked for the late Dr James Considine. He was the best boss I have ever had. He believed that every employee was important, from the janitor to the CEO. He distributed his annual bonuses accordingly, although against the wishes of his management team. He was a fair, loving, and caring boss. I remember I had worked there for only about 4 months, and he walked into my office around Christmas that year, making me the first of the entire staff he had decided to bless with nice Christmas bonuses. I tell you, that bonus pulled me out of the hole of near bankruptcy, by paying off my car that was about to be repossessed. Please take comfort in knowing he was a wonderful man, and he is truly missed. I wish he was around today, so I could reach out and thank him. I am thankful that his family is a available to receive this honor.

I was one of Jim's buddies that used to hang out with him at TK's. Many good times and memories. He was well liked by us all. When he moved to NC we were all sad to see him go and looked forward to the times that he came back to visit. He loved his sons very much and spoke of them often. He was a good dad and a good friend. He will be missed indeed.
