I was so sorry to read about Mr. Wunderly's passing in the Neighborhood News. I'm also sorry I missed the services. I am, however, grateful to have memories of his Christmas decorations and Halloween treats. More importantly, my girls were able to share in the "wunders" of the Wunderly holiday spirit. They still talk about popcorn balls and the big candy canes. Beacon Hill has lost a gem. Our condolences to his children. Sincerely, Steve Shaffer and Family

We just read in Neighbor News about Mr. Wunderly's passing, and were so sad to hear. My mom is on the phone with me just now and we're sharing all kinds of stories about Sheila, Lesley and Gail growing up in the old neighborhood. Of course we will always remember the Wunderly house on Christmas - trend setting well before that ever became the norm, it was such a treat for everyone to see that Santa way up there in the trees and we were so grateful to Mr. Wunderly for doing that for us every year...and of course who could forget the candy apples, popcorn balls and buffet of candy on Halloween? Mr & Mrs Wunderly's imprint on our neighborhood will never be forgotten. We are so sad for your loss,
- Marion and Stacey

Thinking of you Craig, Leslie and Gail. Great memories - I remember Uncle Les always taking the pictures at Moe Moe's with that big camera and flash bulbs. Also remember the fun times at the 4th of July BBQs too. He is finally at peace and now with Aunt Ricky. Our thoughts and prayers to you and your families. Love, Linda and Ernie.

One of my fondest memories of Mr. Wonderly is his Christmas decorations. My Daughter was always so happy to see the cndy canes and bright lights (usualy one of the first houses decorated) she wanted to know whos house it was and when I told her Mr and Mrs Wonderly lived there her prompt response was can I call them Mr and Mrs Wonderful? I was so thrilled to hear that because they had always been Mr and Mrs Wonderful to me.....God Bless The Wonderful Family
