Safely Home
I am home in Heaven dear ones; Oh so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty In this everlasting light!
All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last!... Did you wonder I so calmly Trod the valley of the shade? Oh! but Jesus' love illumined Every dark and fearful glade... And he came Himself to meet me In that way so hard to tread; And with Jesus' arm to lean on, Could I have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely, For I love you dearly still;.... Try to look beyond earth's shadows, Pray to trust our Father's Will....
There is work still waiting for you, So you must not idly stand; Do it now, while life remaineth-You shall rest in Jesus' land.
When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; Oh, the rapture of that meeting,!!!...... Oh,the joy to see you come!!!!!......

A little message from earth to Heaven for Lacey: We were totally shocked, and deeply saddened to hear of your passing..... You were a sweet wonderful neighbor and friend of 39 years! It breaks my heart, along with your family and friends for you to be taken from earth so suddenly. You had so much to live for,..... but I guess GOD had his reasons for cslling you home so soon. Lacey, although your life on earth is over, (expired) your new life is now just begining-and,you will continue to live FOREVER in "HEAVEN." Today was your graduation day, and you are with the Lord and reunited with your loved ones who went on before you. You see, for those who believe, there is a light at the end of the tunnel!....and I truly believe and trust that God's shinning light is upon you right now. Perhaps as an "ANGEL", or a big bright "WHITE STAR" in the sky at night!.....
May GOD bless you, your family and loved ones, give them peace, and keep them wrapped in his loving arms.....till we all meet again some day!
Your "warm smile," friendli-
ness, and "YOU" will be great-
ly missed!!!!!......
Much love, hugs and prayers are with you- and your family at this most difficult time.
(P.S.) Our hearts are broken to have lost you, but our lives are blessed to have known you Lacey. You will live in our hearts and memor-
ies forever. Memories no one can take away from us....
May GOD Bless all...

Our hearts are broken to lose you but our lives are blessed to have known you. I admired your 'zest' for life from your loud team spirit to peaceful gardening. You 'are' a woman of truth, commitment, determination, strength and love. You are more alive now than any of us and I am at peace knowing you are in God's loving arms and the kingdom he has prepared for you. Until we meet again . . . I will miss your laugh and your smile and I will miss everything you 'are' to our family. May God Bless You and bring you everlasting peace.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

You raised such a beautiful family and your gifts of courage, strength and love are your legacy not only to them, but all who have been blessed to know you. You brought joy to others and found it even in times of despair. Thank you for your kindness, your laughter and for being such a great friend to my Mom. To Lacey's family please accept my deepest sympathy. I go back many years to when Jody and Lacy were in Lakeview and Valleyview Schools. While there as President of the PTAs there was always a special project going one. One of the first to volunteer with a smile was Lacey. She was ready to help even on a moment's notice when someone didn't show up. I especially remember when we started the Lakeview lunches and she was a member of our "core" group to always be there to help serve them always with a smile. My thoughts and prayers are with Lacey's family at this sad time.

We are so very saddened to learn of the death of a dear, long-time friend. Lacey's smile and laughter was always so genuine and ever-present, it really defined many happy memories--from high school through years thereafter--and made them unforgettable. We will miss her and our too-infrequent get-togethers,but she has been--and always will be--forever in our hearts and thoughts.
Our deepest sympathy to Kenny, Jody and Lacey Ann--and to all the family.
