My thoughts of Josephine bring smiles to my face. The day I met her at a picnic and stories she shared along with stories shared by her daughter Paula. Beautiful, loving stories of family. That is how I had the pleasure of knowing Josephine and the best way of describing her life is hard work and a loving family. God hold you tight and grant comforting peace to her entire family. God Bless them all.

Although I never got the priviledge to meet Josephine, my son Anthony has. Doug, Josephine's grand son and my son Anthony are very good friends and whenever Doug and his friends were at the Cameron's house and grandma Josephine was there she would cook for all of them. My son would come home and rave about her cooking. I do have a copy of her wonderful cookbook which I will cherish forever. The recipies are magnificant!
Rest in peace Josephine!
