Fred has been in my life from my earliest memories. He was stationed in Mass. when he served in the Army and I remember going to visit him and Peggy there. Over the years he and Pegy played so many games of pinochle with me and my parents. We shared a lot of good times and lots of laughs. He was so good to my parents. Always willing to help in any way he could. I will truly miss him but I do know he's in a far better place now and is reunited with Peggy. God bless.

Uncle Fred and Aunt Peggy had the most beautiful flower garden and took the most gorgeous pictures when they would travel. I always loved going to their house to see their flowers as a little girl and over the years enjoyed seeing his pictures. He taught me little things about taking pictures and always enjoyed looking at my pictures when I would see him. We will all miss Uncle Fred and his interesting sense of humor. The holidays will be different too, but I'm glad he is now with Aunt Peggy, Grandma & Grandpa for the holidays. Give them all a hug for me too Uncle Fred.

Without Fred's persistence and his sister Ruth's cooperatoion, the Dialysis Center of Northwest Jersey would not exixt.
I remember the many frustrating trips Fred made to Trenton, trying to persuade the Ddivision of Hospitals that a free-standing dialysis unit not only would serve a decided need in our community biut would serve as an example to be followed by other communities and save lives -ecause we could provide power during power outages.
The Succasunna is a tribute to Fred's tenacity over the span of at least ten years of following up every possible opening - he just would not give up. He inspired others to raise funds, build the first building on townsip property and to beg for donations from corporations, community groups and individuals.
I remember his god humor- no matter the frustration he was feeling - and when the first Certificate of Need was received he was the first to thank the people who worked with him. A very gracious man. We will miss, you Fred.

We will always remember Uncle Fred and his love for Aunt Peggy. Their hobbies with flowers and photography. Uncle Fred's humor. He loved it when Freddy (named after Uncle Fred) and Ruthie would visit and when Ruthie would bring her kitty cat. He will be remembered with much love.

I have my uncle Fred to love for having led me to my life's profession, following in his footsteps. My life has been filled with deep joy and satisfaction and he will always be the source of that through his lifelong leadership and encouragement. You will be greatly missed. You were always "uncle Fred" to me and my co-workers.
