My deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Robert Dixon. I will always remember him coming in the Library, especially when he was looking for music and a particular song for one of his performances. He was a great person and we will all miss him.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Bob. Myself and all the other "Follies" performers will remember him fondly, he directed our performances so well, with the main objective of having fun and giving to the St. Francis Cooks Pond and the Senior Citizen Center. We will miss him. God Bless, Pat Valva

Uncle Bob - I remember you bouncing me on your lap when I was so young and your laughter. I know we didn't see each other over the many years but I appreciated you coming to my wedding and taking time to send me birthday wishes each year. Love, Karen

As one of the members of "The Bob Dixon Players" I can attest to what a wonderful job Bob did gathering all of us together to entertain not only at Franciscan Oaks but also at Cook's Pond Senior Housing, St. Francis Health Resort and even Victoria Mews. We all enjoyed our time together under Bob's leadership. He never wanted to be in the spotlight but always wanted to be in the background keeping the troupe together. I also remember what a great friend he was to the Harvest Festival and how he and Stan Sumski so enjoyed the golfing Closest to the Pin contest. Bob Dixon represents another page in the history book of Denville. He will be missed. My most sincere sympathy is extended to his family. Bob will be forever remembered by those of us who share his love of music and his love for Denville. Donna Izzo Costello, Municipal Clerk

Dear Eileen and family,
So sorry about the loss of your Dad. I will always remember your Dad at the bus stop! He would have the most interesting stories, jokes and words of wisdom so early in the morning! What a sense of humor too! He truly was one of the nicest people I met in Denville. Our prayers are with you.
