Mr. Whitley, as I remember and always referred to him, was a dear, devoted friend. He would drop off Caroline, and wait patiently as we would work on her car, or give her a ride home. Most days, he would stick his head in and shake Sam's head or give me that cute grin. He took time to meet with our church, just recently to offer his guidance on a new building we are undertaking. His comments and suggestions were timeless, and his pride in his life accomplishments in the area of fund raising were inspirational to us all. Not boasting, factual and I'm sure looking back, Frank left this world proud, and full of life. My dear, lifelong friend, Linda use to share his "cruise" stories with Sam & I. His ability to have a wonderful life, at 50+ was exciting and encouraging. I pray Frank will be remembered as we do, a kind, giving man, a wonderful father and the world was better for him having been here. All my love and sympathy, Becky</b></font><br><br>
