Phyllis Rachel Franks, 41, died on Friday May 12, 2006 at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ.
She was born in Summit and grew up in the White Meadow Lake section of Rockaway, NJ. She later moved to Parsippany where she has lived for the last twenty years.
Phyllis graduated from Morris Hills High School class of 1983. After graduating she went to work as a Commercial Credit account clerk and most recently was the Credit Manager for
C. I. T. Corporation in Livingston, NJ.
She is survived by her parents Neal and Susan Franks of Smithville, NJ and her brother Joel of New York City, as well as many friends.
