John and I are deeply saddened to hear of Bob’s passing.
Bob and I (Sandra) go back many years. He represented me during some tramatic times in my life and was always there for advice.
His wife Kathy prepared our taxes yearly and John and I felt warm relationship with both Kathy and Bob.

I went to high school with Kevin and wound up with Bob as a longtime customer years later. Bob was always funny and genuine. Very sorry to hear of his passing.

Bob was a dear friend who I first met at Seton Hall Law School back in 1972. I told him he looked familiar and as fate would have it, he lived around the corner from me in Rockaway, NJ. Life can be strange like that, we both grew up in Hudson County, lived next to each other in Morris County but had to travel thirty miles to downtown Newark to meet.
Bob was always at the head of the class when it came to academic excellence. He was a fast learner and always generous when it came to sharing his knowledge. Bob’s other great asset was his wife, Kathy. My wife Linda and Kathy became friends, and our families enjoyed many barbeques, tennis matches and holiday parties over the years. The ladies whipped Bob and me at tennis once and they never let us forget that day!
Over these 50+ years, it has been a pleasure to see Bob grow from loving father of Donna and Kevin to loving grandfather many times over.
Bob: Linda and I already miss you and will think of you always.

You were my second father......I'm glad I stole your coors and turned your car into the Easter rabbit. You taught me more than anybody will ever know. I will miss you!

Robert (Bob) was a friend of my husband and mine since high school. He and Kathy and we became pals ever since we reconnected in 1973 after we had all moved to Morris County. Bob was always cheerful and smiling. He was an animal lover of the first class and there was a parade of dogs (his) and cats (Kathy's) in their house over the years. He was a model train enthusiast, as was his buddy Ray, my husband, and the two often discussed various arcane details of how to build specific structures for model trains. Bob also loved steam trains and visited steam train museums when he could. Every year over the Labor Day weekend he would tried to attend the Lead East automobile show in Parsippany, sometimes getting Ray to go with him. Country and Western music were his genres of choice and he had rigged his sound system to play it through the house. In summer, one could find him swimming in his pool on nice afternoons after work. Once he began lawyering full time, he worked from home so having the pool was a big advantage in his off hours. His hospitality was legendary; there were many cookouts and gatherings throughout the years where we all enjoyed hanging out together. He was a stalwart member of the Emerson High School Class of 1960 and photographed class members at numerous reunions over the 60 years he was active. We will miss his presence at any future reunions, although there soon may not be enough classmates left! In June of this year he and Kathy celebrated 60 years of marriage; they started out as kindergarten classmates at the First Reformed Church, Union City Sunday School.
We will forever cherish your memory, old buddy, and we will certainly miss you for the rest of our lives. Farewell, dear Bob; may we all meet again some day at the Pearly Gates.
