Anthony Carbone passed away on November 23, 2002. He was 59 years old.
Born in the Bronx, New York he had lived in Sussex County for quite some time.
He had served in the military and fought in the Vietnam War.
Anthony was a self employed carpenter for many years before opening a retail store called Jollie Crafters in Stockholm, NJ 10 years ago.
He was a member of the Frankford Plains United Methodist Church and The Tres Dias Community of northern New Jersey.
Surviving is his wife of 9 years, Joan A. (Zeek) Carbone of Wantage, NJ. His Children Walter W. Jollie of Wantage, NJ Lisa Carbone of Knoxville, TN Sherri Gaffney of Stockholm, NJ, Jennifer Carbone of Hawthorne, NJ, JoAnn Tomczyk of Hollis, NH and Christopher Carbone of Brooklyn, NY. He has seven grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Luke, of New York City, and George of Glen Rock, NJ and two sisters, Rosemary Doherty of Toms River, NJ, and Annette Kraft of Upper Deerfield, NJ.
Funeral will be at the funeral home on Wednesday November 27 at 12 PM. Interment will be at Marcella Cemetery in Rockaway Township. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
