Mildred A. Blazure (Nee Mesler) of Mt. Tabor, NJ on Wednesday July 31, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Charles A. Blazure died in 1952. Mother Charles Allan and Daughter in Law Ruth Blazure of Mt. Tabor, NJ. Grandmother of Mrs. Jeffrey (Jacqueline) Corcoran of Mt. Tabor, NJ and Mrs. Raymond (Sharon) Kratt of Lake Parsippany, NJ. Great Grandmother of Ian and Paige Corcoran and Amanda and Kyle Kratt. Mrs. Blazure died Wednesday at Morris Hills Care Center at Morristown, NJ. She was 96 years old. She was born in Newark, NJ and lived in East Orange, NJ and came to Mt. Tabor, NJ in 1940 after leaving East Orange. Mrs. Blazure was a Assistant Finance Director and Deputy Registrar for Parsippany Troy Hills, NJ for 30 years and retired in 1976. Mrs. Blazure was a volunteer at St. Clares Hospital Ladies Auxiliary for over 18 years. She was a member of the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and United Methodist Womens Association. A former Girl Scout leader for Troop #35 Mt. Tabor. Mrs. Blazure was a founding member of the Parsippany West Senior Citizens in Mt. Tabor, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Monday August 5 at 11:00AM at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church Simpson Ave., Mt. Tabor, NJ. Friends are invited to call at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ on Sunday August 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church.
