Obituary of Terrence D. Manton

Terrence D. Manton, age 54, of Rockaway Twp. died Sunday, June 9, 2002 at West Hudson Hospital, Kearny. Mr. Manton was born October 7, 1947 at Syracuse, NY the son of theHelen L. (Nee Mac Kain) Manton and the late David M. Manton. He married Patricia Patti Garofalo. He served in the US Navy during Vietnam war. He was employed by Canon Melrose Displays, Passaic, NJ as Director of Displays. A professional wrestler for the ECPW, known as the Mask Executioner, he also was a three-time NCAA Olympic champion weightlifter. Mr. Manton was a graduate of Montclair State College, Montclair, NJ. He was a Rockaway Twp. PAL volunteer. He is survived by his wife Patricia Patti Garofalo one son: Daniel Manton of Rockaway Twp., NJ, mother: Helen L. Manton of Tacoma, WA, one sister: Vicki Kirchner of Federal Way, WA, two brothers: Greg Manton of West Orange, NJ, Chris Manton of Aurora, CO. He was predeceased by his son, Ryan Manton.
