Obituary of Conrad A. Gerstner

Conrad A. Gerstner passed away at his home on February 5, 2008. He was 71 years old. Born in Newark, he had lived in the Indian Lake section of Denville, NJ for the last 46 years. Conrad was self-employed, starting his own business, Gerstner Cash Registers in Denville in 1970. He was an avid deep-sea fisherman and boater. His wife of 50 years, Barbara (Hellman) Gerstner of Denville, NJ survives him. His children Jeff (& Diane) Gerstner of Frelinghuysen, NJ, and Pam Gerstner of Denville, NJ also survives him. His Grandchildren Matthew & Eric, and his brother in-law William (& June Hellman) of PA, and his Niece Jenny (& Brian) Shook, and many comforting and supportive friends also survive him. Funeral services will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, on Thursday February 7, at 3:30PM. Friends may visit on Thursday prior to the service from 2-4 & 7-9PM. The family and friends will gather at the funeral home prior to the interment at 10AM on Friday.
