Marjorie E. Shaw of Lempster NH passed away on Thursday October 25, 2007 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital in NH following a battle with cancer, she was 73.
Born July 7, 1934 in Hibernia NJ, she resided in Boonton Twp for over forty years and for the past several years she has lived in Lempster NH. Marjorie was the daughter of the late Henry and Tessie (Burd) Henschel.
Marjorie worked for A&A Fuel and Oil for over twenty-three years and was a member of Eastern Star for over fifty years. Her passions included cooking, baking, bummin with Aunt Doris, knitting and sewing, photography, and numerous other handcrafts as well as an accomplished book reader and seeker of knowledge.
She married Robert Shaw on May 6, 1961. Surviving Marjorie is her husband of forty-six years Robert, son Eric Shaw of Sussex, daughter Bonnie Shaw-Rizza of Boonton Twp and granddaughter Jaclyn Shaw of Mine Hill.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday October 31, 2007 at 1:00pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services 16 Righter Avenue, Denville NJ 07834 www.normandean.com. Visitation will be held from 11-1pm prior to the service on Wednesday. Internment will be private.
