Obituary of John J. White

John J. Bud White, 91, died at his residence in Rainbow Lakes section of Denville on Sunday Oct. 28, 2007.
Bud was born in Middletown, Ohio was a resident of West Point, VA, and in 1946 moved to Denville, NJ. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Army during World War II. He was the owner operator of John J. White TV Repair Service in Parsippany, NJ for over 30 years retiring 26 years ago. Bud was an active member in his 62nd year being a Volunteer for the Rainbow Lakes Fire Company, he was an exempt firemen and a member of the Fire Commissioners. He was a member of the American Legion Post 0451 of Rainbow Lakes/Boonton.
His wife Anna H. predeceased him in 2006.
His daughter and husband Pam and Eric Sagaas of Rockaway Township and his four grandchildren Ethan, Jenny Anna, Molly and Rebecca survive him.
The funeral services will be conducted from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ (light a candle in memory of Bud on web site), www.normandean.com on Wednesday Oct. 31st at 10:00am. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday Oct. 30th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude s Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 would be appreciated.
