Obituary of James E. Godfrey

James E. Godfrey, Jim 58, died on Tuesday Sept. 18, 2007 at the Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover, NJ.
Mr. Godfrey was born in Morristown, NJ and was a life long resident of Parsippany, NJ. He was a clerk at the Shop Rite of Morris Plains, NJ for 35 years. Jim was a beloved member of the First Assembly of God Church in Rockaway.
His sister Karen Post in 1996 predeceased Jim.
His brother William G. Bill Godfrey and nephew Bill survive him.
The funeral will be conducted from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ, www.normandean.com on Saturday Sept. 22nd at 12:00pm for a 1:30pm funeral service at the First Assembly of God Church, 27 Douglas Rd., Rockaway Borough, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Friday Sept. 21st at the funeral home from 2-4 & 7-9m. In lieu of flowers donations to First Assembly of God Church would be appreciated.
