Dear Coleen, Kristen, Michael, Bill, Erik, Danielle, and Billy:
Coleen, Kristen, and Michael - your mother was a very beautiful person (inside and out). I spoke to her several times over the years when I called your parents home looking to talk with Kristen and she was always kind and helpful. Robin and I attended both of your weddings (Coleen and Kristen's) and we could not have seen prouder parents than yours.
I think your parents raised all of you to be independent and strong. I know that you will now pull from that strength; set aside some "quiet" time each day that you spend thinking about life with your parents and the many things that you did together - relive the many memories. Believe that they are still with you as I am sure they are.

Dear Coleen, Bill (and children), Kristen and Erik:
I am so very sorry for the loss of your mother. I pray for all of you every night for you to get through these hard times.
I never met your mother but I know she was a wonderful person because she raised the two of you. Both of you are very special to me.
Kristen, you must take good care of yourself so that we can have another new baby soon. I know that your mother would want you to take good care of yourself.
Much love,
Clydene Castor

CarolAnne, You were my sister and my friend and I missed you. Life can be so unfair. We had such great times, all those Giant games, (even the Joe Pizarchic???? one). I could not have gotten through child birth without you. (remember my roast beef dinner right before Dan was born).
I am so glad we had time together this past year. I know that you are still here with us in your wonderful children and grandchildren. Rest in peace with Mike. God needed another angel and chose you. We have lots of angels looking after those of us left behind.
For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting.
Love Kathie

what i remember about this very wonderful lady,
Carol Anne, one of the most giving people i have ever met.
she gave her life to the hospital systems in the new jersey area, To do that for your entire life,to work her way up the chain of command and eventually go from a regular r.n.and become the head nurse at a huge hospital system, to work with the sick and injured all those years without a complaint, to give the compassion, love, tenderness and caring to people she barely knew, Carol Anne; no doubt had a heart the size of a mountain. CAROL ANNE LOVED PEOPLE, SHE LOVED LIFE, SHE LOVED ALL AROUND HER, all i remember is her laughter, her playful nature at all those wonderful family reunions we shared at Mike and Carol Anne's house week after week, month after month, throughout my entire child hood, she is a lady we will all remember, she is an example we only wish we could replicate , this world is a sadder place without Carol Anne, FORTUNATELY SHE IS NOW IN A BETTER PLACE , A PLACE WHERE ALL IS CALM AND WONDERFUL , A PLACE WITH NO PAIN, A PLACE WITH NO STRESS, A PLACE WITH NO WORRIES, CAROL ANNE IS NOW AT PEACE WITH HER LIFE LONG HUSBAND MIKE. she left this earth with her legacy , her beautiful wonderful children, she left her family, her friends, her everything,
BUT WE MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER SHE IS NO DOUBT IN A BETTER PLACE, SHE IS WITH AUNT KITTY , UNCLE GEORGE, GEORGY,UNCLE VINNY AND MANY OTHERS, CAROL ANN
IS ABSOLUTELY IN A BETTER PLACE. I love this lady, I see her smile , i hear her laughter, i will always remember, CAROL ANNE AND HER WONDERFUL HUSBAND MIKE.
let her children be grateful not sad that they were able to enjoy carol anne for all these years , let her children
be grateful that they had their wonderful father mike for all these years, let her children move on and have many children of their own, let her children share the legacy of this wonderful couple with their children. In their children remains a part of both of them, this part will remain on this earth forever and ever and ever, please lets not be sad , they would not have wanted it that way, let us rejoice that Carol Anne and all the others we lost ARE ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT DOUBT IN A MUCH BETTER PLACE , A PLACE WHERE WE ARE ALL GOING SOME DAY , A PLACE WHERE WE WILL ALL EVENTUALLY BE WITH ALL THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AGAIN.
LET US LIVE OUR LIVES TO THE FULLEST, LET US ENJOY EVERY MOMENT , LET US NEVER FORGET THAT THEY ARE ALL, IN THAT WONDERFUL PLACE,
WE LOVE YOU ALL, TAKE CARE, WE WILL ALL MAKE YOU PROUD,I PROMISE, YOU JUST WATCH AND SEE, WE WILL MAKE YOU PROUD.
GOODNIGHT FOR NOW , WE LOVE YOU,AND THANKS AGAIN FOR SHARING THIS WORLD WITH US

Aunt Carol-
I loved your tough cookie spunk & will think of you when I'm being one :)
It has meant so much to me to feel the love behind that, too...with your efforts & gestures towards me over the past year I know & felt you wanted to be apart of my life as well as a Great Aunt to my kids...that has made you a great Aunt to me.
I was looking forward to your representation of the grandfather my kids will never meet, as well as connecting you to your brother's grandkids. For that I am especially sad.
I feel fortunate to have been able to have said so many things to you over the past year....I feel nothing has been unsaid & that is a hard thing to have happen when someone in your life dies.
Thanks for the ear piercing, awesome dessert times at xmas, fun pool parties, making me feel like no time has past, and 3 cousins that represent you well.
Until we meet again God's will is for you to be with your husband, brother, mother, & father. Rest in peace.

Carol was one of the best nurses JCMC produced and the tops in our class. The patients loved her too. I remember how Mike used to pick her up whenever she had time off. She loved being with her family. They were the most important thing to her. She's with Mike now and at peace but she'll be missed by all.

Aunt CarolAnne...I will always remember the great times we had as a family, first in Little Ferry, then in Boonton. I will especially remember the late trips to Boonton on Christmas night, and how mad you used to get at anyone who ran on your white, just vacuumed carpet. I suspect you knew (based on footprint size) that my Dad and I were one of the guilty parties (as were many others). But most importantly I will always remember the smile you would give to me after not seeing me for awhile, your fun-loving spirit, and of course that unforgettable laugh. You will be sorely missed, but I know Uncle Mike, Dad, Nanny, Pops, Uncle Danny, and many others are happy to have you back. Rest in Peace!
Love,
Dan

Dearest Carol
We always called each other sister in a loving and caring way and shared a special bond. We had many memories at "509" and every time we brought one up, we would laugh so hard the tears would flow from our eyes. Over the years, we shared many favorite recipes and we both loved to cook our specialties at family gatherings. I will greatly miss you. May God embrace you as you enter the Gates of Heaven and may your rest in peace with Mike at your side. Forever in our hearts and prayers.
Love,
Marilyn

dearest coleen, kristin and michael, today i have been reminicing about the years your mom and i worked together. these are memories i will always treasure. twice a year your mom and i would call each other and catch up on all the events in our lives. coleen, when you were so small we would pick you up at your grandma's house after work, she always had some coffee waiting for us. kristin, i gave your mom her "z" shots of iron when she was carrying you. the staff would wait till she was in "position" for the shot and sneak in and tease her. michael you brought such joy to carol and mike. your mom sent me your picture a few years ago when you were playing football. she was so happy you were a pure delight to her. my tears and heartache join yours. carol is forever in my heart and thoughts.
