Grandma Fluffy
Grandma Fluffy is how she was known
to her seven beautiful grandchildren she loved like her own
She'd tell story after story with such a proud tone
to everybody in town and even her siblings on the phone
Watching soap opera's was her afternoon delight
then her casino computer games and crossword puzzles always at night
Occasionally she enjoyed the Atlantic City spot light
although playing quarter slot machines only felt right
At 85 years, she saw quite a lot
quite lucky in fact because a great grandchild she got
With three amazing children she gave it her best shot
And her husband, a Major in the Army, will never be forgot
But what made her so special was her smile and glow
and it would be selfish of us to want her to stay forever and never go
At Heaven's Gate, God please tell her so she can know
Grandma Fluffy we love you so.
Love your grandson,
Matthew
