William J. Bill Wojcik, 80, died on Saturday March 31, 2007 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville, NJ
Mr. Wojcik was born in Amsterdam, NY, was a resident of Elmira, NY and Syracuse, NY and in 1967 moved to Denville, NJ. Mr. Wojcik served in the US Army attaining the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Wojcik was a graduate in 1950 of Clarkson College earning his Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering. He was employed at American Bridge Co. in Elmira, NY and then at Allied Chemical Corp. in Syracuse and was transferred to Allied Chemical Corp, Morristown, NJ. He retired in 1986. Bill was member in St. Marys Church.
Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years Helen Wojcik of Denville, his four sons, Martin and his wife Carolyn of Randolph, Paul and his wife Lydia of Kearny, Steven and his wife Joanne of Andover, Thomas and his wife Cynthia of Denville, his daughter, Annette and her husband Robert Conciatori of Netcong, his eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Melissa, Christopher, Kevin, Matthew, Brian, Joseph, and Nicole, his sister, Virginia and her husband Fred Gurtowski of Amsterdam, NY, and his sister in law Eleanor Novick of Elmira, NY survive Bill.
The funeral will be conducted from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ www.normandean.com (light a candle in his memory), on Wednesday April 4th at 9:00am for a 10:00am Liturgy of Christian Burial service at St. Marys Church, Denville, NJ Interment services at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9pm. Family suggests donations be sent to St. Marys Church, 15 Myers Avenue, Denville, NJ 07834 would be appreciated.
