Obituary of Gerard DeCroce

Jerry DeCroce Sonny died on Monday February 12, 2007 at the Kindred Hospital in Dover, he was 75.
Born and Raised in Newark NJ, he has lived the past seven years in Denville, prior to that Jerry resided in North Arlington for forty-one years.
Jerry worked as a Butcher for Tantleff Beef Midtown Provisions in Newark and was a member of Local 464 Meat Cutters Union in Little Falls.
Jerry was an active volunteer at Cooks Pond Senior Housing with the Nutrition programs and with Bingo.
Jerry married his wife of forty-one years Joan Zimmerman DeCroce in August of 1959.
Also surviving is his daughter Donna DeCroce Holster of Lake Hopatcong. Jerry was the proud Pop-Pop of Jessica and Brianna.
Jerry was predeceased by his twelve brothers and sisters and his parents.
A funeral service will be held on Friday February 16, 2007 at 11:30am at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave Denville NJ 07834 www.normandean.com Visiting will be held on Thursday February 15 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the National Kidney Foundation of New York/New Jersey, 1250 Broadway, Suite 2001, New York, New York 10001.
