Huldah L. Mathieu (Lewkowicz) passed away at Franciscan Oaks in Denville, NJ. She was 90 years old.
Born in Youngstown, OH, she grew up in Atlantic City, NJ lived in Bala-Cynwyd, PA from 47 76, then Medford, NJ from 76 98, before moving to Denville, NJ.
She was a homemaker and an avid gardener and collector (collecting 300 teddy bears), she was also a trained operatic singer, an active member of St. Johns Episcopal Church in Bala-Cynwyd as well as being active with the Girl Scouts of America.
Huldah is pre deceased by her husband John P. in 1980.
Her daughters Suzan Mathieu of Oxford, and Carolyn Mathieu of Cedar Grove, NJ survive her. Her Grandchildren Mathieu Foster of San Diego, CA, Gillian Brindley of New Hope, PA, and Heather Condon of Cedar Grove, NJ, and 2 Great Grandchildren David and Anthony Foster also survives her.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 15, at 2PM at the West Laurel Hill Cemetery Chapel in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. Arrangements by Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com.
