Even though I haven't seen Howard since he moved back to Utah, I still think about him. He was always welcoming of new comers into the climbing community and shared his knowledge freely. He had the rare ability to impart his knowledge in a humble and modest way while projecting the confidence that he earned.</b></font><br><br>
