Obituary of Doris Jean Vrabel

Doris Jean Vrabel, 75, died on Saturday Nov.25, 2006 at her home in Denville, NJ.
She was born and raised in Denville, and later moved to Rockaway, before moving back to Denville in 1984.
Doris was a homemaker, and had also served as a secretary for the United Methodist Church of the Rockaways for many years, where she had also been an active member.
When her sons were younger she had been their Cub Scout Leader.
She is predeceased by her parents Owen and Hazel Vanderhoof Leek, as well as her twin brother Donald Leek, and her sister Stella Bassett.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years Frank Vrabel Jr., her children Mike and Tammy Vrabel of Sparta, Glenn and Ginny Vrabel of Denville, Kevin Vrabel of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Melinda and the late James Underwood of Sparta.
She is also survived by her grandchildren John and Olga Vrabel, Andy and Kelley Underwood all of Sparta, Morgan and Owen Vrabel of Denville, as well as her niece Linda Haggard of Tn., and her nephew Don Bassett of Va.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning Nov. 29, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Denville Community United Methodist Church 190 Diamond Spring Rd. Denville, NJ.
