Obituary of Anna Wagenmann Sprankel

Anna Wagenmann Sprankel, 97, died Thursday October 19, 2006 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clares Hospital in Dover, NJ.
She was born in Augen, Germany and came to the United States in 1930 settling in Boston, and in 1945 she and her family moved to Ft. Lee, NJ, and two years ago she moved to Denville.
She was a homemaker, and spent her life taking care of her family.
Her first husband Karl Wagenmann died December 11, 1964, and her second husband Richard Sprankel died in Jan. 1988.
She is survived by her four daughters Elsa Hoffman of Denville, Hilda Rowlands of Stroudsburg, Pa., Margaret Waters Marino of Hobe Sound, Fla., and Carol Wittner Grappo of St. George, Utah. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held on Monday October 23, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, Friends may visit with the family on Sunday Afternoon from 2-5 PM.
