Adam D. Ciurczak, 31, died on Wednesday October 4, 2006 at his residence in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Mr. Ciurczak was born in Vietnam, was a resident of Denville, NJ and since 2000 was a resident of Deerfield Beach, FL. Mr. Ciurczak was a 1993 graduate of Morris Knolls High School, Denville, NJ. Adam was employed as a Hair Stylist at the Moda Salon in Boca Raton, FL, prior he worked for Seven West Salon in Denville, NJ.
His mother Judith Ciurczak of Denville, NJ, his father Emil and his wife Alissa Ciurczak of Goldens Bridge, NY, his sister Alyssa and her husband Nathan Hayes of Baltimore, MD, his brother, Alex and his wife Ann Ciurczak of Milpitas, CA, his nephew Charles Hayes, and his maternal grandmother Charlotte Weintraub survive Mr. Ciurczak. His Paternal grandmother Albina Ciurczak and his Maternal grandfather Sidney Weintraub predeceased Adam.
Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday Oct. 8th at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ. www.normandean.com from 11:00a.m to time of services at 1:00 p.m. Interment Denville Cemetery.
