We had so much fun together, and we did alot of different things which are so memorable. From the Poconos, to the cruises to our little day trips. Pat was one of the easiest persons to be with, she made you feel comfortable and she always took an interest in what you were doing. I know that by what I would consider one of her quotes I can almost hear her say "Now let me ask you something... and she would be off with questions about you, what you did where you lived etc. She was a great listener, a wonderful friend, and we will all miss her so much. Through our pain I just need to believe that she is in a better place and forever out of pain enjoying every moment. My thoughts are with you Joan during this difficult time.

"Pat D" as she was loving called was a thoughtful person with great sense of humor that I could always talk too. Whether it was to help me with a problem at work or just lend an ear to listen. She was always there and will be deeply missed. Pat, you will always be in my heart & thoughts. Thank you for your kind spirit and giving heart.

Although I've know Pat & Joan for a number of years, I really got to know them better for the past year. I am going to miss my talks with Pat. She was a wonderful person who was more concerned with the affect her passing would have on others. Joan, my heart goes out to you and if you need someone to talk to, I will always be available to you. Pls know that Pat is in a much better place right now and finally out of all the pain and suffering she has endured. Lv, Bo
