Henry Rychlicki, 93, passed away peacefully at home with his family, on Wednesday, September 24th. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 30th at 10 am at St. Cecilia's RC Church, Church St., Rockaway. Interment to follow at St. Cecilia's Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Sept. 29th from 3-5 & 7-9 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave. Denville. To light a candle, please go to www.normandean.com
Henry was born in Newark, and lived in Bloomfield for many years, where he and his wife raised their family. He worked for Shering-Plough (Merck) until his retirement in 1986. He has lived in Rockaway for over 20 years where he was a parishioner of St. Cecilia's Church. He was active with the St. Cecilia's Seniors' and the Rockaway Twp. Senior Citizens Social Club.
Surviving is his wife Stella of 61 years; daughters Karen Rychlicki, Janet Munczinski (Richard), and Andrea DeFilippo (Robert); grandchildren David Munczinski, Jennifer Falk (Ben), Amanda Carnavale (Jason), and Stephen DeFilippo; great granddaughter Briella Quinn Carnavale; brother in law Stanley Paluba and many more loving relatives and friends.
