Hi Nana, remember my eighth grade graduation? Well in 2.5 years I’ll be graduating college and be teaching history and psychology! I miss you and Papa everyday and I wish you could be here with us to have witnessed all the things that have happened since you’ve been gone. I got into my top college, Montclair State University! Kyra’s in high school now and almost had an undefeated volleyball season as a freshman, you’d be so proud of her. Remember how you told me you could tell Austin was a good guy for me? Well we’re engaged now :) I’m going to finish school before our wedding though and even though you won’t be there in person you and Papa will be there in spirit. It’s been a little over five years now since you’ve been gone and not a day goes by that we all say we miss you, and Papa. I hope you’re both happy and free of any pain and hopefully at your favorite place on Earth!

I know i should not be doing this but i really miss you it really upsets me that it has been 2 years thinking about it makes me want to cry i love you so much it has been a long time since i last wrote you now i can tell i am getting older and it makes me miss you more remember when you and papa asked me how long do you want me live and i said until i die nana i love you so much and i just wanted you to know that. every time i walk in your room it just makes me miss me more i really never got to say good bye to you because i was at the mall when it happened i will always love you you were my favorite grandma and you still are and papa your my favorite grandpa and you still are see you again some day P.S i will never for get you or papa love you (: (: your the best - Kyra

Nana, today is the 7 month and and 11 day anniversay of your death. I miss you more and more every day, and it still hasn't fully hit me that you're gone. every time I walk into your room I can't help but think of the last words I said to you and wish I was at the hospital with you and the family. we all miss you very much. I just wish I could bring you back some how but I know you're not suffering any more up there. please take care of every one and may you rest in peace. I hope I see you again and find you.
