Stephen J. Wolosin Sr., 83, passed away on Sunday September 30, 2012.
Stephen was born in Rockaway and was a lifelong resident of Rockaway. He was employed at the Rockaway Post Office for 35 years retiring in 1988.
Stephen was the beloved husband for 63 years to Jean L. (Stapley) Wolosin. He is survived by his children, Marjorie Schiffner and her husband Robert of Chester. Stephen J. Wolosin Jr. and his wife Lorraine of Oak Ridge, and Deborah Cholish and her husband Leonard of Long Valley, and his nine grandchildren, and his sister, Jennie Olenowski of Denville.
Stephen’s funeral services will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ (please visit www.normandean.com and light a candle in memory of Stephen), on Wednesday October 3rd at 10am interment at St. Cecelia’s Cemetery, Rockaway, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday October 2nd at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers donations, to the Alzheimer’s Association, 400 Morris Ave., Denville, NJ 07834.
