Philip Privitera, 79, long time Kearny resident, passed away peacefully at home, on Tuesday, June 3rd. A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, June 7th at 10:30 am at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave. Denville. Friends and relatives may visit prior to the serviced beginning at 9:00am. Burial will take place at Holy Cross RC Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 7 Ridgedale Ave, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927. He thoroughly enjoyed his job, but above all else, he loved spending time with his family. Predeceased by his siblings Serena Rudy, Rosemarie Zitzow and Theodore Privitera, he is survived by his brothers Joseph (Frances nee Gagliano) and Robert (Antoinette nee Pullano).
