CPT. Dennis F. Spadone, 61, passed away on Friday April 11, 2014. Dennis, more famously known as Mousey, was born in Newark, NJ, and was a resident of East Orange, NJ before moving to Denville, NJ. Dennis was a graduate and star football player at Clifford J. Scott High School in East Orange, NJ. Mousey excelled at running back on the 1970 C.J.S.H.S. football team and made the New Jersey All State Conference team that year. Dennis was an East Orange Fireman, serving 30 years, 18 of which as a Captain. Dennis enjoyed his hobby of antique restoration. Dennis received Junior and Senior national awards at Hershey National Car Show for his cars. Dennis was predeceased by his parents Frank and Olympia Spadone, and his Brother-in-Law, Ralph Rosania. Dennis is survived by his wife Michele Mary (Nee Shanley), his son's Christopher and Nicholas, and his siblings, Jennifer Rosania, Thomas Spadone, Rene' Degraw and her husband Scott, and Glenn Spadone and his wife Mary Ellen, and many nieces and nephews.
