I cant express the emptiness that i feel knowing we not have you in our lives. You and Linda are responsible for so many events in my life-first trip to Great Adventure, first boat ride, helped me make my first piece of jewelry, the best peach daquiri i ever had and the many visits to Lake George that you welcomed us to. I will never forget you John Pierce.

The Pierces and Rodemeyers go back to growing up on 14th Street when we were young and mischief. When I think of John, there is always a chuckle because he was always a joker and always made you laugh. My fondest memories are vacationing together up at Lake George, where my sis, Judy and I would have 2 brothers for the week enjoying the lake and our 2 families just having fun. My heartfelt sympathy to Linda and your boys, Bill and Lorraine and Mr and Mrs. Pierce. I wish I could be there in person, but just know I am thinking of all of you. Sue

I will miss John. He was my friend and mentor at Grobet File. We had morning break together. He would come in my office with a funny grin and voice and say " Hi George" . Rest in Peace my friend.

Linda, John, Joey, Bobby, Steph, Kate, Kyle & Michael,
My heart goes out to you all during this very difficult time. Sr. was a kind, funny, friendly man and I have so many great memories of him that I will cherish always. He gave me my nickname 4+5 and was always there to listen, laugh & crack jokes with. Thank you for always making me allowing me to be part of your family for 6 yrs and keeping in touch over the past 16 yrs and I will say I am truly blessed to have known him and all of you. You are all in my thoughts and prayers always.

Sr, you were a huge part of my life, for as long as I can remember. You endeared me forever, with the nickname "Firpo". I hated it when I was young, but embraced it years later. You were a roll model and an inspiration to me and my life will always have a hole that was your presence. I will miss sharing a Sam Adam's with you and our debates of world and political affairs. I will miss you, Sr. This Sam is for you!

John's company is a customer of mine. As brief as our association was, I had a strong sense of the man. John, I knew, was a thoughtful, kind man. Salt of the earth, with a caring heart. In such a short time, i learned to accept John as a true friend, someone i would have enjoyed spending time with outside of work. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers to Mrs. Pierce, sons and extended family.
