Mr.Tecza as I know him was very instrumental in my becoming an Eagle Scout with Troop 34 in Clifton. Of the many things I learned from him was don't ask two people to do something you can't do by your self. Thank you for the memories, the Boy Scouts and God bless you.You will be missed.
