Born in Denville to Lawrence & Evelyn Karpack, Bob was one of four boys. After his schooling, he worked as a landscaper and paver for many years. He was a longtime member of the Nor-Bu Lodge, Sons of Norway in Lake Telemark and an active member of the Hibernia Fire Department for over 20 years. The firehouse and its members were truly his second home and family. He was an excellent cook and an avid outdoorsman. When he wasn't experimenting in his kitchen at home, he could be found at Hibernia Company 1, cooking up meals for everyone. Bobby was always clowning around, and could stir up laughter from anyone. He will be missed by so many.
