Richard W. Dehmer passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 2nd at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville. He was 79 years old. Born in Newark and raised in Union, he lived in New Providence for 42 years. Richard retired to the Fox Hills Community in Rockaway in 2004.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lucy (Bahto); his daughters, Diane Knipper and her husband Hank and Robin Bednarski and her husband Bob; and his grandchildren, Eddie, Sam, and Jon.
