Eleanor L. Peer (nee Tenhengel), passed away on Thursday, December 19th at Kindred Hospital after a brief illness. She was 80 years old. Ms. Peer was born in Erie, PA and lived in Morris County, NJ all of her life.
She is survived by her two daughters Robin Peer of North Carolina and Karen Peer of New Jersey; her brother Jack of Florida; her two sisters Diana Jerry of New Jersey and Jean Sawka of Florida. She was preceded in death by her brother Joe (Bo) of Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her longtime boyfriend Mike Coppola of NJ.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, December 22nd from 2-4 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave, Denville, (973) 627-1880.
