Dear Joe and family: My brother Greg shared the sad and unexpected news of Deborah's passing. There are no words to fill such a loss of such a good soul! Just reading thru her obit shares just how much she loved all of you and all of life. Some people are born with an inner light that needs to keep shining. I believe Deborah is one of those lights that even though has physically gone, will continue to guide through the light of love she so generously found and gave to so many! As difficult as this is to accept, it seems our glorious Creator needed another angel to embrace His lost souls. It's a gift to know that both of you found each other in this lifetime! And, may that special soulmate connection be part of your healing! My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours! Lainie Belcastro

Deb was one of the first persons I met when we moved to Mt Tabor many years ago. Then and now I have always been struck by her calmness and her warm demeanor. She was so artistically talented, clever, smart, and loving. Deb was one of the really good ones. Losing her at such a young age is a tough one. My heart breaks for her Joe, Sarah, and Cindy. I hope they reap some comfort from knowing how many people loved their wife/ mom and what an impact she made on all of our lives.
Fly with the angels, my lovely friend- watch over us- and may you stay safe in His pocket. I love you.

I will always remember your kindness to me when we worked together at Mt. Tabor School. We would talk most mornings before the school day started. You were a source of encouragement to me. I still have the poem you wrote to all the "angels on the hill" at Mt. Tabor School. You were very creative and imaginative and gave your all to the children you guided through kindergarten. I will miss your yearly Christmas newsletter letting us know what your were up to during the past year. Your passing saddens me but I am sure your spirit will keep on going in all the people you lovingly touched.

My heart goes out to Mr. Scala, Sarah, Bob & Cindy. Mrs. Scala was a wonderful, kind, caring person. She always had a smile on her face and a warm hello. When I look at snoopy I always think of her. I have 1 regret and that is not seeing her this past children's day weekend. I always look for certain people to say hello and I missed her this year. I wanted Ayden to say hello to her. Over the past few months life got in the way and I never got around to trying to get to see her. I should know better not to put things off because I know all too well that life is precious and can be taken away at any moment. God got another angel and she was one of the good ones like my mom was. I asked my mom to meet her at the pearly gates to help welcome her home. Another life gone to soon. You are all in my thoughts and prayers always! Love you all.
