Born in 1968, Valerie was raised in Denville. She graduated from Morris Knolls HS and relocated to Jefferson Township 21 years ago where she raised her children and was fortunate enough to attend their events and celebrations as they grew.
Valerie was an excellent cook, and had mastered the world’s BEST gravy. She was the friend who was always there first; the one everyone could count on. She was a friend, a daughter, a sister, a cousin; but above everything, she was a Mom. She loved her children. They were her universe and her greatest joys in this world.
She was kind, beautiful on the inside and out, and possessed an amazing spirit which has not left us. She will be missed immeasurably, but never forgotten.
Strangers and friends alike gravitated towards Val because of her infectious smile and all- embracing personality. She has left an impression on this world that will remain with all of those who had the good fortune of knowing her.
Predeceased by her father William and her brother Christian; she leaves only happy memories to her adoring children Michael Sacco, Douglas and Taylor Demarest; her dear mother Mary Sheerer; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and acquaintances.
