Barbara Ann Dittrich, 56, passed away surrounded by family at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ on Tuesday November 12, 2013. Barbara was born in Denville and was a resident of Hopatcong. Barbara was a Day Care
Provider for 13 years at the Roxbury Day Care Center. Barbara was predeceased by her mother, Anne Scanlon.
Barbara is survived by her loving daughter Theresa Marie Doran and her husband Domenic, her former husband Gregory Dittrich, her father Edwin Scanlon, her siblings, Edwin, William, Dennis, Maryanne Donlin, Catherine Nosti, Ellen Scanlon, and Robert, and her 29 nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, N J www.normandean, (please share a memory of Barbara on website), on Monday November 18th at 8:45am for 10am Mass of Christian burial service at St. Mary’s Church, Denville, NJ, committal services at Locust Hill Chapel, Dover, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday November 17th at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to OHS Foundation, 23 Pocono Road, Suite 100, Denville, NJ 07834 would be appreciated.
