Obituary of David L. Carson

David L. Carson passed away at his home in Denville, NJ surrounded by his family on June 27, 2015 at the age of 70.
Born in Rahway he grew up in Linden, NJ before moving to Denville where he lived for the last 42 years.
David served in the U.S. Air Force from 1967 -1969, after graduating from Rutgers University in 1966.
He worked for AT&T as an office manager for 25 years before retiring. He then volunteered his time doing tax work for various organizations such as the United Way, the Cheshire Home, Vita, and the Visiting Nurse Association.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Geraldine J. (Faber) Carson of Denville, NJ.
His loving children Marlene &Thomas Lupo of Hopatcong, and David & Maria Carson of Springfield, NJ as well as his grandchildren Alex, Derek and Zoe, and his siblings Lois Dalkowski of Pt. Pleasant, Donald Carson of New Brunswick and Douglas Carson of CA survive him.
Funeral services will begin at 9am on Thursday July 2, 2015 at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com. and then going to St. Mary's Church in Denville for a Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass at 10am. Interment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery in Morristown.
Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
