Victoria “Vickie” Scott, 87, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22nd with her loving family by her side. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 26th at 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Mountain Lakes, NJ. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting Hours will be held on Friday from 4-8 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave, Denville. Born in Staten Island, Vickie was one of three children. She met and then married John Scott in 1950 and the couple settled in Boonton Township where they would raise their family of five. She was an exceptional homemaker and always put the needs of her family first.
Surviving are her loving husband John of 63 years; her children Mary Ann Carroll (Kip), Matthew J. Scott (Pam), Kathleen A. Scott, Jeffrey J. Scott (Mary Ann), and Suzanne McCormick; her nine adoring grandchildren Meredith and her husband Dr. Joseph Giudice, Katie Rudnik, Jake, Maggie, Jessica, Jason and Jamie Scott and Connor and Kiernan McCormick; her two great granddaughters Ava and Giuliana Giudice; and many more loving relatives and friends.
