Obituary of Algimantas J Mockus

Algimantas J. Mockus, 57, died on Monday July 16, 2012 at his home in Hopatcong, NJ. He was born in Worcester, Mass. and later moved to Paterson, NJ with his family. After Graduating from Technical High School he worked as a technician in the Heating and Air Conditioning business. His last employment was with the Jayson Company in Union, NJ. On September 17, 1989 he married Maeve Muldoon and moved to Hopatcong, NJ, where he enjoyed bowling and especially fishing. His parents Adolph and Joana Mockus died previously and his wife Maeve died on January 18, 2010. He is survived by his daughter Christine and her husband Richard Chamberlain of Newton, NJ, as well as his sisters Jurate and her husband Michael Rotino of Belleville, Ruta and her husband John Marmo of Lake Hiawatha and his brother Vic Mockus also of Lake Hiawatha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be buried with his wife at Fairview Cemetery in Hope, NJ.
