Catherine Dillon Ryan (O'Boyle) passed away at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Boonton, NJ on
April 8, 2012.
She was 85 years old.
Born in West Pittston, PA she had live in Mt. Lakes, NJ, Washington D.C. and Tarrytown, NY before moving to Rockaway, NJ.
Catherine was predeceased by her beloved husband William E. Ryan in 1997.
She is survived by her loving children Sheila Montheard of Huntington, L.I., Christopher Ryan of Madison, NJ Moira Ryan of Bronx, NY Sean Ryan of West Palm Beach, FL Ellen Pupula of Gaithersburg, MD Marc Ryan of Keene, NH Una Higgins of Great Falls, VA Kate Ryan of Washington D.C. and Maggie Ryan of Rockaway, NJ. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her sisters Margaret Purcell and Eileen O'Boyle both of Harvey's Lake, PA.
Funeral services will begin at 9:00AM on Thursday April 12, 2012 at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 and then going to St. Clement Pope & Martyr Church in Rockaway, NJ for a 10:00AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
