Obituary of Barbara Lee Weiss

Barbara L. Weiss, 80, died on Wed. Feb. 29, 2012 at her home in Boonton Township, New Jersey. She was born in Boonton and moved to the Township in 1958. Her husband Alfred, died March 24, 2007. Her passion for crafts led her to making and collecting dolls. She was the owner/operator of Mini Mansion Dcor in Boonton for many years. She also active with the Morris Museum, doll collection section. She enjoyed painted landscapes with oil. Barbara was also active with the Rockaway Valley United Methodist Church where she sang in the Choir, and in the Great Auditorium in Ocean Grove, NJ. She had been a member of the Boonton Women's Club She is survived by her daughters and their husbands Jill & Ernie Rhinier of Lancaster, PA. and Wendy & Richard Lynch as well as her two granddaughters Johanna Lynch and Cassandra Lynch all of Rockaway Twp. She is also survived by her sisters Carole Barclay of Montville, and Danise & Harold Drugac of Boonton and many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and on Monday from 10:00 am until time of services at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville,NJ www.normandean.com. Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Rockaway Valley Cemetery in Boonton Township.
