Obituary of Paul Thomas Grimm

Paul Thomas Grimm passed away at Promise House Hospice at Lyons VA Hospital on February 3, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
He was 69 years old.
Born in New York City he served in the U.S. Army during the Post Korean War period and later graduated from Temple University. He was a successful entrepreneur. While living in Puerto Rico he owned and operated 3 Concepto Health Foods stores. When he moved back to New Jersey he owned and operated Video Village III in West Caldwell. He also created Paul's Pet Sitting Service, based in Parsippany, before retiring to Albuquerque, New Mexico. He recently moved back to New Jersey to be with family and loved ones.
Paul is survived by his son, John and Mary Ann Grimm, his grandchildren: Mari-Carmen Johanna, John Gabriel, Emma Grace and Alexandra Marie; his siblings: C. Douglas and Bobbi Grimm, Patricia Anderson and Karl Grimm. Paul is also survived by his nephews: Mark Grimm, Shawn Grimm, Erick and Tracy Anderson, his nieces: Dawn Campbell, Claire and Jeff Logue, Megan and Jeffrey Knight, Katie Anderson, and Kristin Grimm; along with many friends and extended family members: Laura Perez, Margaret Grimm, Robert Anderson and Nancy Lyons, Sandra Keegan, The Ackerman Family, and The Vouthouris Family.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church in Denville, NJ on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 10:00AM. Internment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
