William J. Bell Jr. passed away at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, NJ on January 25, 2012.
He was 87 years old.
Born in Newark he had lived in Denville, NJ since the early 1950's.
William served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a Denville Township Police Officer for 25 years retiring in 1980.
He is survived by his wife Johanna (Gemmink) Bell of Denville, NJ and his sons William J. Bell III of Denville, and Robert J. Bell and his fianc Denise of Succasunna, NJ. He is also survived by his grandchildren Shawn, Caitlin, and Doug Bell and his sister Barbara O'Keefe of FL.
