Marie E. "Emilie" Mueller, age 92, passed away Monday, January 23, 2012, at Franciscan Oaks in Denville, NJ, where she had resided for 10 years. She had formerly been a resident of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Harrington Park, NJ. Born October 12, 1919, in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Wilhelm M. and Kaethe (Schmid) Hoeger. She was a graduate of Muhlenberg Medical School of Nursing, earning her R.N.
Emilie is survived by her daughter, Leslie, and her son-in-law Robert Rowohlt, of Toms River, NJ; four grandchildren, Scott and his wife Melanie Rowohlt, Todd and his wife Tracy Rowohlt, Jeffrey and wife Erika Rowohlt, and Kevin Rowohlt; and great-grandchildren, Madison, Aidan, Nathan, Ryan, and Christian Rowohlt.
